The Lincoln Corsair plug-in hybrid, available exclusively on the Grand Touring trim, transforms Lincoln’s compact luxury SUV into a smooth, fuel-efficient ride. Its 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine is combined with an electric motor to produce 266 total horsepower. A continuously variable transmission and all-wheel drive also come standard.
The Lincoln Corsair has offers an all-electric range of 28 miles on a single charge. This means all nearby destinations require minimal fuel use. When you’re done for the day, the included mobile power cord recharges the battery. A Level 1 charger can fully restore the battery in 10 to 11 hours. The improved 240-volt Level 2 charger takes only about three to four hours.
Several different drive modes are available on the Grand Touring trim to overcome the road conditions: normal, excite, conserve, and slippery. The plug-in hybrid model also comes with the ability to switch between an all-electric or gas mode at any time.
